Toronto, Ontario (PRWEB) June 11, 2012

The Speech Therapy Centres of Canada is pleased to announce an exciting new service to clients – Applied Behaviour Analysis therapy. ABA therapy is an effective technique in treating children with autism as it breaks down skills into simpler, more manageable tasks.

Speech Therapy Centres of Canada’s team of Speech-Language Pathologists and ABA therapists have taken a strong collaborative approach in providing children with the opportunity to work on language and speech development goals, while simultaneously focusing on traditional learning skills as well as behavior management.

”We are thrilled to be offering this program to children and families,” says Jeanette Podolsky, Clinical Director at The Speech Therapy Centres of Canada Ltd. “In addition to the individual treatment, at the heart of this program is the opportunity for speech-language pathologists and ABA therapists to constantly share information with each other - helping children and their families reach their potential.”

Parents who feel their child can benefit from a tailored ABA program can contact The Speech Therapy Centres of Canada to set up an assessment. Well trained therapists will assess the child and provide a recommended therapeutic plan designed to help the child communicate better.
