Hip-hop artist AC Brady has released the video for making of his single “Bands.” The song features Rayven Justice and is available for view on YouTube. The video gives fans a glimpse of how the song was made.
Alex Chatman aka AC Brady has been determined to make a name for himself in the music industry since he was 14 years old. He started his career by writing his own lyrics to his favorite songs. In 2006, he and 3 of his childhood friends formed the group Gunestarz. The group gained buzz and were on their way to being signed by Epic Records until the deal went sour. Determined not to let this setback affect his future, AC Brady continued to write and record music in the pursuit to one day become a big name in hip-hop. He developed a style that consists of “weed-friendly” lyrics that have been compared to Wiz Khalifa combined with a hood voice similar to Rick Ross.
To date, he has used Twitter as a way to reach fans and establish a solid fanbase. In 2010, he released his first solo mixtape “#ThisIsMoet.” The project received over 6,000 downloads the first week. His follow-up project “Purple Thoughts” gained 7,000 downloads within the first 72 hours of its release. AC Brady’s third and fourth projects also received a lot of buzz giving him an edge over other upcoming artists.
AC Brady’s goal is to become a legendary name in hip-hop and to be considered one of the best to come out of Oakland, California. Keep up with all updates by following him on Twitter.
