AFIT Accelerated Flight & Instrument Training, LLC Announced Today it is pleased With the Recent Court Ruling Rejecting False Claims of Ownership

Tony P. Montalte, AFIT's Founder and CEO, said he is pleased with the outcome of the courts decision rejecting claims of William Fischer former Independent Contractor for AFIT, claiming ownership of the organization and it's Intellectual Property Rights. (Superior Court of Orange County, Case 5CC12858)

Newport Beach, CA (PRWEB) June 21, 2007 -- Tony P.

According to the decision, the plaintiff falsely presented the legal situation in several material ways and lost on six of seven claims, and that the allegation of fraud was specifically rejected by the court.

Almost all of the allegations in the complaint were found by the court not to be true
Plaintiff neglected to admit they were twice forced to change the name of the new competing business registered at www.register.com due to AFIT's rights under the Trademark and copyright laws, according to the decision.

Plaintiff attempts to create the impression that they had no involvement in the underlying transaction by making no mention of the evidence presented to the court proving Plaintiff was the person who purchased the training document at issue in the case, according to the decision.

Copies of the receipt and invoice Plaintiff used to purchase the manual are available for viewing.

"Almost all of the allegations in the complaint were found by the court not to be true," said Montalte.

"Montalte" therefore remains the Founder CEO and sole owner of AFIT Accelerated Flight & Instrument Training, LLC.

AFIT Accelerated Flight and Instrument Training, LLC would like to thank its past, present and future clients for supporting the company's high-quality services.
