Travis Wolff & Co., LLP, a leading regional accounting and advisory firm, announced that it is merging with San Antonio-based Burnside & Rishebarger PLLC effective today.
Dallas (Vocus/PRWEB ) October 1, 2009 -- Travis Wolff & Co., LLP, a leading regional accounting and advisory firm, announced that it is merging with San Antonio-based Burnside & Rishebarger PLLC effective today.
The combined organization will operate as TravisWolff Independent Advisors & Accountants, representing approximately $25 million in annual revenue. The merger blends TravisWolff's staff of 130 with Burnside & Rishebarger's staff of 25, creating one of the largest independent accounting firms in Texas.

Gaar explained that TravisWolff and Burnside & Rishebarger had casually discussed a merger several years ago at an industry association meeting and began serious conversations in February 2009.
TravisWolff was founded in 1991, while Burnside & Rishebarger has been in operation since 1985. TravisWolff's Dallas office is located at 5580 LBJ Freeway and its San Antonio office is at 8700 Tesoro Dr.
