Aegis Technology Partners has announced it has acquired the operations of PC Computer Services, and IT support company based in Fairfield County, CT.

NetShield provides monitoring and maintenance of client networks under a fix-fee model. Aegis also provide Cloud computing services and advanced Voice over IP phone systems. “Our goal is to be a small businesses IT department.
