Los Angeles Criminal Defense Attorney Jeffery Rubenstein says that his client, Alexis Neiers also known as Alexis Arlington "Was at the wrong place at the wrong time" and, though arrested is "not the party responsible for the events that led to her arrest on Thursday, October 22, 2009.
Due to the fact that there is a pending investigation, Rubenstein has advised Alexis not to speak about anything related to the case. At this time, no formal charges have been filed against her.
