Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) October 27, 2009 -- Los Angeles Criminal Defense Attorney Jeffery Rubenstein says that his client, Alexis Neiers also known as Alexis Arlington "Was at the wrong place at the wrong time" and, though arrested is "not the party responsible for the events that led to her arrest on Thursday, October 22, 2009.

Due to the fact that there is a pending investigation, Rubenstein has advised Alexis not to speak about anything related to the case. At this time, no formal charges have been filed against her.
"Alexis intends to fully cooperate with the authorities and at the appropriate time will give her truthful account of the facts so that justice may be served."
Alexis Arlington, along with her two sisters Tess Taylor and Gabrielle Arlington, and their mother Andrea Arlington are in the process of filming a reality television show for E!. There is no relationship between this investigation and the television show.
