Allkare UK Group have recently been certified as Green Deal advisers and installers, meaning that customers (both domestic and commercial) can now benefit from attractive new green financing deals.
What is the Green Deal?
The Green Deal has been created as an innovative alternative to traditional financing mechanisms. It allows people to fund energy efficiency home improvements using savings made on their energy bills. Launched in January of this year, it applies to the domestic and commercial sector and replaces current policies such as the Community Energy Saving Programme (CESP) and the Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT).
How does the Green Deal work?
A Green Deal assessor will come to the customer's home or business premises and identify individual needs. A qualified assessor from Allkare will work with the consumer to achieve the following outcomes:
Installation
The provider will arrange for an installer to come and carry out the work; and where customers choose to use Allkare, the fully accredited company will provide the required service.
To find out more
The first step is to have an assessment carried out on the property in question. A Green Deal provider or assessor can arrange this. Consumers can search for assessor or provider companies, or they can call Allkare on 0800 731 9121. Alternatively, they can visit the company's website allkareuk.com to find out more. This is an exciting scheme that offers plenty of potential to save money on energy bills, without the need for home owners to fund improvements at the outset.
