Alltech Opens New Office in Spain

We look forward to continuing to further expand within the Spanish market through the opening of Alltech Spain.

Barcelona, Spain (Vocus) January 20, 2010

As part of its ongoing global expansion, animal health and nutrition company, Alltech, has announced the opening of its first office in Spain.

The new office, which is based in Barcelona, forms part of the company’s overall growth plans and reinforces its commitment to the Spanish animal feed and food production industries. The Barcelona office will provide sales and localized service support to the growing number of partners and customers in the country.

Commenting on the initiative, Marc Larousse, vice president of Alltech Europe, said, “The decision to open an Alltech office in Spain is a further demonstration of our commitment to providing localized support to our customers. In addition, it is the intent of the company to build their production and laboratory facility which will provide services not just for the Iberian areas but also the Mediterranean areas. Our newest Alltech office will enable our team to quickly identify issues encountered by Spanish producers and work with them to provide solutions to those issues. This office will also allow us to build stronger relationships within the country as well as facilitating growth throughout.”
