‘Beyond Weight Loss’ is about being where you want to be, doing what you love and feel passionate about, and having fun.
Vancouver, British Columbia (PRWEB) February 04, 2014
Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Atkins and the South Beach Diet are only a handful of the many popular weight loss programs used today. While these programs may help people lose weight, many often complain that they don’t educate users on how to maintain the weight they want once they have attained it. Registered Nutritional Practitioner and author Althea A. Madden hopes to fill this gap with her new book, “Beyond Weight Loss: The Complete Weight Management Program” (published by iUniverse).
“Beyond Weight Loss” teaches readers several steps to help them maintain their weight. Madden does this by showing readers not only how to stay nutritionally healthy, but also how they can feel better about their own bodies and lives.
“I believe living on purpose inspires us,” Madden says. “When we are feeling inspired, we eat nutrient rich foods that nourish our mind, body and spirit. ‘Beyond Weight Loss’ is about being where you want to be, doing what you love and feel passionate about, and having fun.”
