The American Institute for CPCU (the Institutes) announce that they have reached a tentative agreement with Connecticut-based CE University, Inc. (dba CEU.com) to acquire all of its outstanding stock and its online brand.
Malvern, Pa. (Vocus/PRWEB ) October 27, 2009 -- The American Institute for CPCU (the Institutes) announce that they have reached a tentative agreement with Connecticut-based CE University, Inc. (dba CEU.com) to acquire all of its outstanding stock and its online brand. After the acquisition, CEU.com will continue to provide insurance continuing education (CE) from its Old Saybrook, Connecticut office.
This proposed acquisition will leverage CE University, Inc.'s considerable expertise in online CE with the Institutes' proven and respected technical insurance content and assessment capabilities.

An announcement will be made when the agreement is finalized.
