Arigo has integrated their award-winning suite of Sourcing and Trade Management (STM) solutions with a new portal framework, providing a higher degree of customer personalization with an enhanced overall user experience, to compile the Arigo Desktop. The Arigo Desktop is mobile-ready and can be accessed from any smartphone. Some of the preliminary components of the Arigo Desktop include the STM Workflow and Navigation Portlets.
Arigo STM Version 10.0 enables business customization at the role level. This capability, combined with a robust user administration module, provides various configuration possibilities to ensure the correct level of information and tools are available to each user.
New Features:
Arigo Desktop
The Arigo Desktop facilitates the configuration of transactional data, real-time trading partner data, and relevant industry data all on a single page. This page functions as the "command central" for everything related to the real-time development, sourcing, order, and movement of products in the global supply chain. Components of the Arigo Desktop include, but are not limited to, an Arigo workspace, a Collaboration page, and a page reserved for Third-Party Content on which customers can store relevant links to business-specific applications.
Arigo STM Workflow Portlet
The Workflow portlet enables Arigo users to track production milestones, reports, and exceptions; each of these can be managed and displayed based on queries customized per task. From the Workflow Portlet, users can drill down to a specific record and update as necessary.
Arigo STM Navigation Portlet
The Navigation portlet enables users to access Arigo transactional data from a collapsible, tree-structured menu on the Arigo Desktop.
Arigo Enterprise Collaboration
With Arigo Enterprise Collaboration, users can more efficiently interact with other enabled trading partners, internally and externally, to generate and share a multitude of knowledge from within the Arigo Desktop. These interactions can be attached and archived, enabling users to quickly and easily retrieve information for reference and retag as necessary.
Chat Capabilities
Arigo Enterprise Collaboration supports instant messaging, audio, and video chat sessions and enables the following resources out of the box:
Message Boards Portlet
The Arigo Message Boards Portlet enables users to conduct business discussions with other enabled trading partners. With the Message Boards, users are provided with the following functionality out of the box:
