“Our senior living apartments combine the comforts of apartment home living with a variety of features and amenities designed for the convenience of older adults,” says Krupp.
The apartments are available on a rental basis, with the main meal each day, most utilities, housekeeping and flat linen laundry services included in the monthly fee. Each of the studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans feature a full kitchen.
“In our affordable assisted living apartments, we can serve older adults of all incomes, including those on Medicaid, who need some help to maintain their independence,” says Krupp. “Residents benefit from the availability of personal assistance and help with medications.”
Our rental homes offer single-living living and feature one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans, says Krupp.
