The focus of the discussion will be on the Illinois Supportive Living program and what it means to residents, their families and seniors.
Heritage Woods of McLeansboro is the only senior living community in Hamilton County that is certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program.
“The program provides older adults and adults with physical disabilities with a wonderful and more cost-effective alternative to a nursing home or to struggling alone at home,” says Kendra Millenbine, Administrator of Heritage Woods of McLeansboro. “The emphasis is on personal choice, dignity, privacy and individuality.”
The Round Table Discussion is open to the public. For more information, call 618-643-2908.
