Heritage Woods of Moline, a BMA affordable assisted living community in Rock Island County, Illinois, is hosting a Holiday Open House from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15.
The community, which is located at 5500 46th Ave. Dr. in Moline, serves older adults who need some help to maintain their independence but do not require skilled nursing care.
“We invite you to take advantage of this special opportunity to see Heritage Woods and learn about the affordable assisted living lifestyle that is available to adults 65 and older of all incomes, including those on Medicaid,” says Meghan Chasek, Administrator.
Tours of Heritage Woods will be available.
Call 309-736-5655 for more information about the Holiday Open House or Heritage Woods of Moline.
“The community provides a wonderful alternative to a nursing home or to struggling alone at home,” says Chasek.
Residents live in private apartments and receive personal assistance and help with medications. Each of the apartments features a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower and grab bars and an emergency alert system.
Certified nursing assistants are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Meals, housekeeping and laundry are among the included services.
“Our focus is on providing residents with the love, compassion and dignity they deserve in addition to the care and assistance they need,” says Chasek. “Our emphasis is on helping each resident achieve and maintain as much independence as possible for as long as possible.”
