Cambridge House Assisted Living to Host Programs on Planning Your Final Wishes and Living a Heart Healthy Lifestyle

Cambridge House of Swansea, a BMA affordable assisted living community, will be hosting informational programs on Planning Your Final Wishes and Living a Heart Healthy Lifestyle. The community, which is located in the St. Louis Metro East area, serves seniors of all incomes, including those on Medicaid.

Cambridge House of Swansea, a BMA affordable assisted living community, will be hosting an informational programs on "Planning for Your Final Wishes" at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 28, and on "How to Live a Heart Healthy Lifestyle" at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 30.

The community, which is located at 3900 Sullivan Dr. in Swansea, Illinois, serves seniors of all incomes, including those on Medicaid, who need some help to maintain their independence. The programs are open to the public. There is no cost to attend.

A representative of the George Renner Funeral Home will be conducting the program on Planning for Your Final Wishes. "The representative will be discussing how planning can give you peace of mind and shield your family from emotional and financial burdens," says Lee Bohannon-Smith, Administrator of Cambridge House of Swansea.

Registered dietitian Michelle Schifferdecker will be the speaker for the program on living a heart healthy lifestyle.

Cambridge House of Swansea is one of three Cambridge House affordable assisted living communities in the St. Louis Metro East area.
