The Austin Real Estate Networking Club (Austin RENC) will be hosting their monthly networking event at the Norris Conference Center this Thursday, June 21, 2012, at 6pm. Austin RENC is comprised of several hundred of Austin's most experienced real estate investors as well as a constant influx of new investors. This month's topic will be Live Interactive Real Estate 'Speed' coaching with some of the top real estate minds in the Central Texas market.
"Our June meeting is going to be the first of it's kind and we got the idea from our success with Speed Coaching at MegaPartnering," says Shenoah Grove, president of Austin RENC and the owner of local real estate company Hippie Hollow Homes. "We'll have local experts come in and give 10 minute mini-presentations about their business and give you live coaching on how to be a better investor while leveraging their intimate knowledge of Filling out contracts, Buying at Auction, Buying Subject-to, Finding good Realtors to work with, IRA investing, Asset protection, and Short Sales."
The first hour will of the event will feature Phill Grove, creator of the All In One Done For You real estate program, presenting an intro to real estate presentation. The rest of the evening will include the Interactive Real Estate 'Speed' Coaching as well as networking.
