Blackstone’s performance planning process gives employees the opportunity to drive their own career success. After a successful pilot in our Federal Practice, Blackstone will implement the new process company-wide by Q4.

Blackstone Federal Services recently hosted a "Build Day" for our technical team to test new ideas and technology.

The new plan encourages employees to create personalized roadmaps that are self-driven and align personal, professional and team growth objectives.

Blackstone Technology Group is excited to announce its Federal Practice recently launched a new agile performance planning process that will be rolled out to the rest of the 275+ person company this quarter.

As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, Blackstone evolved from a traditional bi-annual performance evaluation process to an employee-led, iterative coaching plan which values communication over documentation. The new plan encourages employees to create personalized roadmaps that are self-driven and align personal, professional and team growth objectives.
