QueenBeeTickets.com is offering cheap NBA tickets for the entire 2012-13 season, and those seats have been going at a quick pace leading up to the season-opening date. The campaign starts on Oct. 30 and will run to as late as June 18. The NBA is the most prestigious basketball competition in the world and one of the most popular sports leagues in the United States and Canada, and discounted NBA tickets are in high demand for the league’s games.
There are discounted NBA tickets on sale for each of the games at this time. There will be three games on the first day of the regular season. The Cleveland Cavaliers play host to the Washington Wizards, the Miami Heat welcome the Boston Celtics, and the Dallas Mavericks travel to take on the Los Angeles Lakers. The Brooklyn Nets play their first game on Nov. 1 at home versus the cross-town rival New York Knicks in the team’s first game since moving from New Jersey.
NBA games on Christmas have been a league tradition since 1947. At least one game has been played on this holiday every year since with the exception of 1998 as the season did not start that year until Feb. 5. There will be five games played on this date this season. The Heat will host the Oklahoma City Thunder in a rematch of last year’s NBA Finals, and the New York Knicks will travel cross country to play the Lakers in the most prestigious games being played that day.
The All-Star Game will be played on Feb. 17 in Houston, and cheap NBA tickets are in high demand for the only contest that will see all of the league’s best players playing at the same time. The regular season concludes on April 17, and the playoffs begin on April 20. The NBA Finals will start on June 4 or 6 and, if the series goes seven games, end on June 18 or 20. NBA tickets on sale for the NBA Finals are easily the most in demand of the entire season.
The San Antonio Spurs are one of the most popular teams in the league. The squad went 50-16 a year ago and knocked off the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Clippers in the playoffs before falling to the Thunder. The team plays at the 18,581-seat AT&T Center.
NBA tickets on sale are going fast for Washington Wizards games as the team looks to rebound from a disappointing 20-46 season a year ago. The Wizards are hoping to return to the playoffs for the first time since 2008. The Wizards call the 20,282-seat Verizon Center home.
The Miami Heat went 46-20 last year before making a playoff run to an NBA title, defeating the Knicks, Indiana Pacers, Celtics and Thunder on the way. The championship was the team’s second and first since 2006. The team plays at the 19,600-seat American Airlines Arena.
The Boston Celtics went 39-27 last year but then went on an impressive run to the Eastern Conference Finals before losing to Miami in seven games. Those holding cheap NBA tickets to games at Boston’s 18,624-seat TD Garden are among the fortunate to witness this historic team play in person.
