For ten years, newly engaged Brides desiring a unique waterfront location for their weddings have flocked to the Beach Club’s Bridal Show to see the venue at its “best dressed”. With the gorgeous location right on the Chesapeake Bay, the venue’s long-standing reputation for outstanding personal service and excellent cuisine, the Beach Club remains Maryland’s premier location for waterfront wedding ceremonies, receptions and events.
Erin Janes, Wedding and Events Director, also celebrating ten years in her position at the Club, says, “We have a fantastic team of dedicated personnel whose goal it is to truly make every event special for our Brides, Grooms and their families. Many have been here since the Beach Club first opened, and comprise the backbone of our success. We would not be here today planning our 10th Bridal Show if not for them.”
The team will be hard at work again this year as they, along with many of the area’s leading wedding vendors transform each waterfront ballroom into a different wedding theme, introducing the latest wedding styles and trends. This year’s Bridal Show guests will experience each ballroom interactively, gathering creative ideas and visiting with the vendors who helped create these dynamic displays. John Paul Berry of Absolute Entertainment has been a vendor at the Beach Club Bridal Show since the beginning and quotes, "This is the who's who of Bridal Shows. In addition to fabulous themed room décor, food and drink displays and impressive musical demonstrations, the Beach Club will once again host the bride’s favorite runway–style fashion show featuring the latest in both men’s and women’s wedding fashions for the entire Bridal Party.
New to the Bridal Show this anniversary year, the Beach Club will introduce a Gentleman’s Lounge. The dedicated area will cater to the needs of the male attendees for the duration of the show and will feature products and services tailored to the Groom. “Bridal shows are typically geared to Brides but Grooms are a very important part of the wedding planning process. We are making a special effort to highlight them this year”, says Teresa Hunter, Wedding and Events Manager.
To celebrate their decade of outstanding Bridal Shows, the Beach Club will be giving away valuable prizes, including a Honeymoon/Vacation Getaway. Beach Club Owner John Wilson states, “Over the last decade we have grown our wedding business substantially, using our Bridal Shows to present our extraordinary venue and premium services. We are going all out for our 10th Anniversary Show. This is a great opportunity to check out this wonderful location and see us at our absolute best.”
The 10th Annual Waterfront Bridal Show takes place on Saturday; January 8th, 2011 from noon to 4pm. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
