Berger/Lewis Accountancy Corporation has established a new division dedicated to outsourced accounting solutions for small and high-growth businesses called TempCFO Solutions.

The new division will be led by David Johnson and Anthony Matusich, who previously served as CEO and Partner, respectively, of Campbell, California-based TempCFO Solutions and will join Berger Lewis as principals. The new division of Berger Lewis will retain the name TempCFO Solutions and will be based in San Jose.
