Carino’s relationship-based sales experience is characterized by his comprehension of complex database marketing processes and technology concepts and his ability to effectively communicate them as services to clients. His expansive experience in service delivery and sales, technical skills, and legal knowledge contribute to his ability to understand a client’s needs and propose services across organizational functions. Carino has a long track record of delivering services to and developing new business with major accounts in a variety of industries including: Disney, Apple, AMEX, Habitat for Humanity, Shriner Hospital for Children, and Pacific Bell Telephone.

He has also held the roles of VP of Data Solutions at Barton Cotton, a non-profit direct marketing firm based in Baltimore, and Senior Director of Sales at Epsilon, a marketing services firm owned by Alliance Data. Carino is a licensed attorney specializing in business negotiations and agreements. He holds his JD in Contracts and Intellectual Property from Massachusetts School of Law and a BS in Industrial Mgt. from University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
