The Boca Raton law firm Rutherford Mulhall, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey J. Wolfe and David J. Kim have joined RM.

Jeffrey Wolfe was born in Rhode Island in 1972. He graduated from Bryant University (B.S., 1994), Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., 1997) and University of Miami School of Law (Master of Laws in Taxation, 1998).

Jeff is licensed to practice before all state courts in Florida. He is a member The Florida and American Bar Association (Tax Law and Business Law Sections). He is also an inactive member of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bars and an inactive Certified Public Accountant. Jeff focuses his practice in Taxation, Business, Corporate and Real Estate Law.

David Kim was born in North Carolina in 1980. He graduated from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro (B.A., summa cum laude, 2005). In 2009, David earned his Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Prior to entering private practice, he was a Judicial Law Clerk, then Staff Attorney at the Office of General Counsel, 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida.

David is licensed to practice before all state courts in Florida, the United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida. He is a member The Florida, American Bar Association, Palm Beach and South County Bar Associations. David focuses his practice in Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation.
