One interesting anomaly about Boise Real Estate in the summer is that while other markets see an increase in activity, Boise slows down. Many believe that it is because Idahoans enjoy the outdoor opportunities, so they are off playing, camping, hiking, floating the river and many other hobbies and activities. Who has time to tour homes?
Many agents expect that the number of people shopping homes for sale in Boise Idaho will increase now that the kids are back in school. "No one really knows why it happens this way" said Trey Langford of Build Idaho, "but most agent we have talk to are excited that summer is over because they are ready for the buyers to come back."
Home values are expected to continue to rise due to the low inventory levels and continued demand. Builders are optimistic are also optimistic about new homes sales with the influx of out of state home buyers in the market place. This October, The Boise Fall Parade of Homes will have 34 homes on the tour by several of the local builders.
