The company has appointed Mel Liebergall as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and has named two senior leads to focus on Airline Partnerships and Next Gen vertical programming.
Mel Liebergall is a strategic sales management and business development veteran with a track record of driving growth across digital and traditional marketing disciplines. His multi-discipline expertise from digital in-store to digital out-of-home, mobile and traditional marketing amplifies Brand Connections’ strategic network offerings. In his role as EVP of Sales and Marketing, a new position at Brand Connections, he will be responsible for driving incremental growth and leading high-profile initiatives. Liebergall joins the company after working as a senior sales and strategy leader at CBS Outernet and at News America Marketing. Mel was most recently a digital media entrepreneur and a Senior Vice President at Modiv Media, a digital/mobile shopper marketing solution.

Billie Christie has been promoted from within the company to Vice President, Airline Partnerships and Business Development. A new position at Brand Connections, Billie’s responsibilities direct a focused effort towards innovation with Brand Connections’ airline partners (United, American, US Airways, Delta and the European airline RyanAir), and building other partnerships for clients. Prior to joining Brand Connections, she was the head of Marketing and Brand Management at Girl Scouts of the USA, Director of Promotions for ABC/Disney Buena Vista Television and Manager of Advertising and Promotions at the National Football League.
To focus exclusively on Brand Connections’ programs aimed at Millennials, Jeffrey D. Miller has joined Brand Connections as Senior Account Director, Next Gen. Jeff, an expert in non-traditional markets including spring break and back-to-school, joins the company from Brite Promotions, where he was a Senior Account Executive. Previously, he was a Sales Director at AMP Media, a division of Alloy Entertainment and the Director of Promotions at Sitour USA.
Billie and Jeff will join Lisa Wensberg, SVP of Brand Connections’ Active Outdoor Lifestyle Network, Janell Goldbloom, SVP of Product Sampling, and Lindsey Pintar, SVP of Retail and Shopper Marketing Activation, as vertical leaders within the company.
