Jay and Michelle Fitz wanted a way to serve the community and to build a legacy in business when they relocated from California to Sedona, Ariz. five months ago. Brightway franchisees come from varied backgrounds. Training and onboarding are thorough; insurance experience is not necessary to be successful with the company.
Jay has a business background; he’s held positions as an independent sales and marketing consultant, acting general manager and construction manager for his family’s commercial mushroom farm near the California coast. Jay also has a long and distinguished career in construction management in the Silicon Valley and the California coast.
Michelle previously worked as a paralegal; she has a paralegal certificate and a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
