In honor of her leadership in home health care, Bronwyn Calkins, RN, BSN, MBA, Vice President of Home Health at Pathways Home Health, Hospice & Private Duty was awarded the Lillian O’Brien Home Care Supervisor Award by the California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH). The Lillian O’Brien Home Care Supervisor Award recognizes home health supervisors who achieve supervisory and quality excellence.
Bronwyn Calkins is responsible for Pathways Home Heath, Hospice, & Private Duty’s home health division which cares for over 350 patients a day. During her five years at Pathways Bronwyn has used her knowledge of the home health care model to supervise seven different initiatives including improving quality scores, garnering HomeCare Elite status, and introducing four different chronic care programs.

The California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH) is the leading statewide home care association in the nation and the voice of home care for the western United States.
