On May 20, from 8:00 - 9:30 a.m., Kevin Choksi, CEO of WorkForce Software and industry veteran, will participate in a panel discussion on "Trends in Time & Attendance." Mr. Choksi will discuss the critical issues involved in complying with government regulations, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). He will also elaborate on the potential ramifications should the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) pass.
