CEO Kevin Choksi to Discuss how Workforce Management Solutions Manage Compliance Regulations

On May 20, from 8:00 - 9:30 a.m., Kevin Choksi, CEO of WorkForce Software and industry veteran, will participate in a panel discussion on "Trends in Time & Attendance." Mr. Choksi will discuss the critical issues involved in complying with government regulations, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). He will also elaborate on the potential ramifications should the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) pass. In a separate session, "Alternative Work Schedules and Arrangements," on May 20, from 9:45 - 11:15 a.m., Mr Choksi will discuss compliance issues to watch for when adopting flexible schedules. Flexible work environments are on the rise because they improve work/life balance thus increasing employee job satisfaction and overall productivity. Using real-world examples and scenarios, Mr. Choksi will show how to avoid non-compliance with labor laws when adopting flexible work environments
