St. Louis CISO Summit

We recognize that our executive members have a responsibility to arrange for the training of their staff as well to keep themselves up to date with the latest trends in technology. We wanted to give them special access to our training programs

Albuquerque, NM (PRWEB) April 26, 2013

Responding to the increasing demand for information security training, EC-Council is offering discounts to its executive members and conference attendees. Executives who are approved to attend EC-Council CISO events (more information about those requirements here) not only gain access to the conferences and events, but can pass the benefit of these events on to their staff.

The new program goes into effect with the St. Louis CISO Summit, an event that will include a mix of keynotes, panel discussions, demonstrations, and an executive cocktail reception at the event’s conclusion. Attendees of the CISO event are also invited to attend any session of TakeDownCon, EC-Council’s more technical information security conference which is collocated with the CISO event. TakeDownCon is a two-day event and most attendees of the CISO event are staying through June 4, both to take advantage of the access to both events as well as to attend the executive cocktail reception on the night of June 3. The advanced hacking classes offered at the event are featured in the TakeDownCon Academy and include CEH, CHFI, CISSP, and many others.

“We recognize that our executive members have a responsibility to arrange for the training of their staff as well to keep themselves up to date with the latest trends in technology. We wanted to give them special access to our training programs as well as our events.” said Eric Lopez, EC-Council Senior Director of Conferences, Events, and Online Learning. Attendees of the CISO event are eligible for a 20% discount on advanced IT Security classes that are held in conjunction with EC-Council Information Security events. To apply to attend the CISO events, please email your resume to amber.williams(at)eccouncil(dot)org.
