Local military uniform superstore, USA Military Medals, is introducing hundreds of modish Combat Service Identification Badge stickers, here, today, as part of its campaign to cater to a growing demand for military uniform-item stickers and decals.
The CSIB is a metallic heraldic device worn on the right pocket of the new Army Service Uniform that uniquely identifies a Soldier's combat service with a specific major U.S. Army unit.
The stickers - including more common units such as the 101st Airborne, 1st Cavalry Division, 1st Infantry Division, 25th Infantry Division, 2nd Infantry Division, and many, many more - are exact renderings of the badges and are available in a number of convenient sizes.
"Almost no one out there offers this amazing product. I mean, these stickers are high-quality and can literally go anywhere," said Luke Holden, USAMM, LLC purchasing director.
USAMM owns and operates USA Military Medals along with various other military uniform e-commerce stores.
"There has been a huge demand for decals this past year, ever since we launched our sticky ribbon racks," said Holdon.
From military slang, a military ribbon or medal “rack” refers to the colorful rows of awards typically found above the wearer’s left pocket on U.S. armed forces dress uniforms. UMM offers these items in sticker form.
"So, the response to this sticker endeavor, especially these CSIBs, has been significant. There's not really an end to the things we can create for our customers," said Holden.
The CSIB stickers are available for purchase now, and customers may find them online here: http://ow.ly/pAwxQ.
