Cap-Op Energy has been invited by the Petroleum Technology Alliance of Canada (PTAC) to present at and sponsor two events this fall. The presentations will take place on October 24 and November 20 at the Calgary Petroleum Club.
The two presentations will focus on the success Cap-Op has generated in carbon offsets for the upstream oil and gas industry and representatives will also be demonstrating the Distributed Energy Efficiency Project Platform (DEEPP). The discussion will focus on the DEEPP Phase 1 successes and on the progress happening in Phase 2.
The DEEPP was developed by Cap-Op Energy, the premier aggregator of energy efficiency emission reduction offsets for the oil and gas industry, as a cloud based tool to track, aggregate, quantify and monetize greenhouse gas (GHG) savings.
Cap-Op will be one of 13 presenters at the October 24 event focused on success stories of SMEs providing solutions to the oil and gas industry through the development and commercialization of new technologies. These showcases will include:
