2012 College Acceptance List Announced at Carlbrook School

Carlbrook School is a private, non-traditional, small boarding school in southern Virginia. The school has decidedly selective admission criteria focused on supporting students with high aptitude who have struggled both academically and socially in mainstream educational settings. As such, Carlbrook is committed to the effective preparation of its students for collegiate level academics through its deliberately rigorous and demanding curriculum that emphasizes the development of essential skills, including the ability to think critically and communicate persuasively. The school boasts an enviable record of college placement over the past decade, with nearly all graduating students from Carlbrook matriculating into highly regarded postsecondary institutions.
