Eighty Single-Family Homes, Condos, Land Parcels and 10-Unit Apartment Bldg. in Charlotte to be Offered at Real Estate Auction on June 23
Parcels valued between $25,000 and $400,000 will be offered with suggested opening bids between $7,500 and $275,000.
Charlotte, North Carolina (PRWEB) May 16, 2007 -- Eighty homes, condos, duplexes, land parcels, and a 10-unit apartment building, located in Charlotte and surrounding suburbs, will be offered at a June 23rd Real Estate Auction being conducted by Chartwell Auctions. Rather than sell these assets slowly over a period of months, corporate ownerships have decided on this one-time-only sale, passing substantial savings to the successful bidder at auction. As many as 36 Parcels will be sold absolute, without reserve, and regardless of price or with below market published reserve prices. Suggested Opening Bids on a number of single-family homes will be range from $25,000 to $35,000.
