Not only are they accepting resumes for future positions with the company, but they are actively seeking out top quality recruits.
Clearly Contacts has been a highly popular addition to many recent job fairs. The Company recently attended the Working Super Fair at the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre, as well as the BCIT job fair, and saw over 5000 applications come through the HR department.
"The number of applicants who came to see us was astounding. They are a highly skilled, highly educated and career oriented group. People from all different stages in their careers hoping to get a start, or pick up the pieces after a lay-off." explains Human Resources Generalist Edith Crespin.
The reason Clearly Contacts is able to add to its talented employee group, is that the company has been experiencing tremendous growth, especially over the past six months. The trend does not seem to be slowing down as revenues were up 24 per cent in the first quarter of 2009 over the same quarter last year.
