Club Cielo will be a key feature of the luxurious Escala condominium project now under construction at Fourth Avenue and Virginia Street in Seattle's Midtown neighborhood when it opens in 2009. Escala will have 275 grand condominium homes with private and semi-private elevator vestibules serving all homes. Residences at Escala range in size from 909-square-foot, one-bedroom City Homes to three-bedroom Sky Villas at more than 3,000 square feet to Penthouses that start at more than 5,000 square feet. Prices for City Homes and Sky Villas range from $500,000 to more than $5 million. Pricing for Penthouses is available on request.
