CompuHigh Online High School is lowering the price for individual NCAA courses 15% to $425 per full credit course and $350 for half credits. These prices are all inclusive and there are no additional fees for textbooks, proctored exams, etc.

High school students who want to go on to play college sports must meet eligibility standards set by the NCAA. According to the NCAA 2012-13 Guide for the College-Bound Student-Athlete, students must “take classes that match a high school’s list of NCAA Courses. The NCAA Eligibility Center will use only approved core courses to certify initial eligibility.” These standards guide the rigor of courses and the minimum scores students must earn in order to ensure athletes are well-prepared for college level academic work. Students must earn a grade point average of 2.3 in their core courses to be NCAA eligible. Courses can be retaken to raise grades only before a student’s senior year. At the senior year (seventh semester), all grades become “locked in.” For more information about NCAA eligibility criteria view this Quick Reference Guide or visit http://www.eligibilitycenter.org

CompuHigh was among the first online high schools to be approved by the NCAA to offer eligible courses to college bound athletes. CompuHigh has a rigorous “mastery learning” curriculum based on multi-state academic standards. The mastery learning process allows students to revise each assignment until mastery on that assignment is achieved. Completing all the lessons in a course prepares NCAA students to take a proctored final exam. Unlike the lessons, the exam can only be taken once.

A high school Athletic Director who has used CompuHigh’s online program for his students states, "I have had a number of players use CompuHigh over the years, and all have had a great experience. The mastery learning approach and the excellent help they get from their online instructors proves beneficial. I have been so impressed with the experience that my sons are taking classes with CompuHigh. As a parent, I have seen my sons’ grades improve, but most importantly, their understanding of the subject matter has increased, thus improving their educational foundation. For these reasons and the fact that they are one of the few that are approved by the NCAA, I have no problem endorsing CompuHigh for all students."

CompuHigh has open enrollment, allowing students to begin a course at any time of year. Students who need NCAA approved courses must use CompuHigh’s NCAA registration form because different procedures and price structures apply to NCAA courses. CompuHigh offers the following NCAA approved courses:
