Confio's expanding customer base has come to rely on Confio to deliver innovation in the world of wait-time application performance management
Managing application performance, both onsite and virtually, is paramount for companies. Confio's entire suite of application performance management tools are developed to ensure maximum database and application optimization. The Ignite Web Client extends the power of the Confio Igniter Suite through the web browser for users who prefer not to install a full Windows client on their desktop. Additionally, Confio has increased the power of the suite with new functionality, new features to allow a user to drill down into detailed data and see the path of analysis, making it easy to retrace the analysis steps.
"Confio's expanding customer base has come to rely on Confio to deliver innovation in the world of wait-time application performance management," said Don Bergal, chief operating officer of Confio Software. "Today's introduction satisfies a significant need among our customers that are looking to support disparate groups to manage and optimize applications. The delivery of the Ignite Web Client provides for the infrequent and remote DBAs to streamline efficiencies and manage their applications."

Built on industry best-practice Wait-Time methods, Confio Ignite uses a patented agent-less architecture that identifies the exact command and database process causing delays without draining performance. Confio Ignite measures end-user wait-time with detailed granularity and gives IT management a clear direction of who should own the performance problem. For DBAs, the product identifies the exact modules and screens that affect database performance and prescribes the best path towards resolution.

The beta test version of Ignite Web Client is now available for customer trials and is expected to be released to full production later this quarter.
