TDI Announces New Company Name and Product Focus

TDI Inc. (formerly TeleDirect International, Inc.), a leading provider of workforce optimization solutions, announced today that the Company has sold its Liberation® products, including the TDI and TeleDirect brands, to Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in contact center technology solutions.

Scottsdale, AZ (Vocus/PRWEB ) November 6, 2009 -- TDI Inc. (formerly TeleDirect International, Inc.), a leading provider of workforce optimization solutions, announced today that the Company has sold its Liberation® products, including the TDI and TeleDirect brands, to Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in contact center technology solutions.

With this transaction, TDI will be renamed dvsAnalytics, Inc. and will continue to develop, support, and enhance Encore™, its comprehensive recording and performance management solution and strengthen the Company’s focus on emerging technologies in workforce optimization. Encore puts it all together; data, video, and speech, to provide customers with a 360° view of their contact center’s analytics.
