Copanion Appoints Stephen Royal to the Position of Chief Financial Officer

Royal brings to his position more than 25 years of financial and operational experience in successful private and public companies.
Prior to Copanion, Stephen served as senior vice president and CFO of OATSystems, Inc., a leading provider of RFID software solutions (acquired by Checkpoint Systems). Before that, he served as CFO for CXO Systems, Inc., a provider of real-time operational intelligence software (acquired by Cisco Systems), CFO of Net to Net Technologies, Inc, a provider of network access solutions (acquired by Paradyne Networks) and CFO of Engage, Inc., where he led the company's IPO and built the necessary infrastructure to support the company's aggressive M&A initiatives.
