Court.us.org is entering the social media universe in order to better connect with and educate their customers about court documents, the company said yesterday.
“It's not enough for us to simply offer our customers up-to-date court records,” a Court.us.org spokesman said. “We need to help educate them about how to use those records and why they are important. That is just as much a part of our mission as anything else.”

“This is a way for us to reach out to our customers and help them,” the Court.us.org spokesman said. “We'll show them new ways they can use our records to protect themselves and their family members. And we'll also keep them up-to-date on recent developments in the law.”
Each of the social media outlets will also serve as a contact point for Court.us.org customers, he said.
“People don't always want to deal with a call center,” he said. “So the social media touch points can become a way for our customers to come to us with questions and concerns online. That will help us provide the highest level of customer service possible.”
