Small Balances Carried on Credit Cards Could Affect Credit Scores

Credit scoring is a complicated process by which most consumers get lost in the system. But a new service says knowing a few tricks helps. Also knowing where to go to get professional help in cleaning up a bad credit report can be priceless.

Peyton, CO -- Credit scoring software has some unique twists in scoring your credit. One of them is the way it scores for credit card limits. When there is no limit reported by the credit card company, the software scores the account as though your current balance is "maxed-out". This can be damaging to an individual's credit score, says a new consumer advocacy.

As an example, if a consumer has a $10,000 limit on their credit card with a balance due of only $800 they need to make sure that the limit appears on the credit report. Otherwise, their score will be damaged as severely as if you were carrying a balance of the entire available credit.

A new consumer advocacy firm (www.PerfectCreditOnline.com) that cleans credit reports of ALL negative and derogatory items had this to say, "Credit reporting can be a complicated process for consumers to deal with especially if they have numerous negative items on their report like, judgments, tax liens, charge offs or other derogatory items. After months of research I found a firm that is the only one of its kind in the U.S. It is a consumer advocacy firm, which is quite different than a credit cleaning agency. They went on to say, "This firm backs its results with a $10,000 guarantee. It will have all negative credit items removed from the consumer's credit report or it will pay the consumer $10,000."

One way consumers can maximize their credit score is evenly distribute credit card balances among all credit cards. It is best not to carry a large balance on one credit card. As an example carrying a $9000 balance on a credit card with a $10000 limit, with two other credit cards available with a $3000 and $5000 limit, transfer balances so that a $1500 balance is put on the $3000 limit card, a $2500 balance on the $5000 limit card and a $5000 balance is left on the $10000 limit card. Evenly distributing your balances will maximize your credit score.

Persons interested in learning how they can restore their credit of derogatory items can get more information at the company's website (www.PerfectCreditOnline.com). Unlike credit repair companies that all they do is send dispute letters and seldom have any effect, National Credit Associates, Inc. is a consumer advocacy firm that uses 100% proven methods and proprietary systems to have negative and or derogatory items on an individual's credit report removed from all 3 of the credit reporting agency's records permanently. National Credit Associates, Inc. is the only firm that backs it service with a $10,000 guarantee.
