Crews Control launches a new video series called Tech Minute in June 2014. Tech Minute is a video podcast for busy video professionals to discover what’s new and noteworthy in enterprise video. Tech Minute videos highlight trends in video production gear and solutions that video producers, media managers, and communication professionals need to know to stay on the cutting edge in video and digital cinema.

Tech Minute is another way for us to share new technologies in the video industry in a 60 second bite- sized package. Good communications are all about content and delivery and we feel that the addition of Tech Minute to our communications portfolio allow us one more way to deliver content to our viewers and followers.”

The first Tech Minute episode highlights Sony Professional Solutions of America System Solutions Senior Marketing Manager Peter Di lorio describing the contents of Sony’s Video Journalist Backpack model VJBK1T. The Video Journalist Backpacks are created for Universities with film, television, and communications degrees as well as small broadcasters, government agencies, and corporate in-house media departments. The Video Journalist Backpacks are an all-in-one professional video tool that contains an HD NXCAM or XDCAM camera, wireless microphones, headphones, a tablet for teleprompter, tripod, cables, and even batteries. There are 3 types of backpacks and eight different models to suit each organization.

Tech Minute launches on the 6th anniversary of a complimentary video series created by Crews Control called Information Overdrive.
