Just in time for summer-time picnics and entertaining, California-based Crown Prince Seafood announces the introduction of an innovative new product: Fillets of Anchovies with Garlic and Parsley. This item will be added to the Crown Prince Natural product line and will available nationwide beginning in June.

Anchovies Pre-Seasoned with Garlic and Parsley

Crown Prince increases the home chefs’ culinary inventiveness by adding parsley and garlic to our Anchovy Fillets. Packed in pure olive oil this pantry staple can create a complex base for sauces, pizzas, and dressings. Conveniently packed in a re-sealable BPA-free glass jar this is a wild caught product of Morocco. This is a sustainably harvested fish; the Moroccan government is in pre-assessment discussions with the Marine Stewardship Council.
