DSMAC got new utility patent of hammer, granted by State Intellectual Property Office of People’s Republic of China. The innovated hammer is made of composite material including high- manganese steel and ultra-high manganese steel, whose service life can be improved by at least 50%, compared with the former crusher hammers.
The new composite materials were researched and developed for near one year and eight months, by more than 10 wear-resistant materials experts of Casting and Wear-resistant Materials United Institute, jointly established by Xi'an Jiaotong University and DSMAC.
The new utility patent particularly involves a complex wear-resistant hammer used in the crusher, especially for hammer crusher. Its matrix is ultra-high manganese steel, and has the features of wear-resistant alloy rods are on the working surface of the manganese steel hammer body, distributing uniformly. The distance between the center dots of the wear-resistant alloy rod circle is 25-30 mm, and the alloy of two adjacent rows is staggered distributed. This kind of distribution can efficiently improve their service life.
