Daniel Wheeler, owner of Life Changing Fitness, can certainly relate his company name to his own life. Almost three years ago, Wheeler stood at a staggering weight of 143kg after emotional stress had caused him to turn to food for comfort - in turn, creating unhappiness and ultimately putting an end to his six year relationship. Wheeler, realising he had hit what he refers to as 'rock bottom', took matters into his own hands and began a fresh start in life, both physically and mentally. Newly single, he changed career paths, moved to a new home, and began to introduce exercise and healthy food into his daily routine.
In the article, Wheeler tells readers how he realised he needed to make a change in his lifestyle and at what point he realised his weight had spiraled out of control. From there, he tells us about the first steps he took in attempt to drop the weight, specific training/eating habits he took on, and about the support he received from his closest friends. He also goes on to tell us about his plans for the future and how his weight loss is playing a major role in his future goals as an aspiring fitness model and career as a personal trainer.
Wheeler says, "When you’ve been big and unhappy and you manage to find the inner strength to turn your life around, it’s the best feeling you will ever experience. The confidence you get from being able to take your shirt off in public changes your whole perception and attitude on life. Nothing in the world can beat this feeling…".
Daniel Wheeler created Life Changing Fitness with the goal to help and inspire others from his drastic weight loss. Having been obese and now an aspiring fitness model, Wheeler is currently a personal trainer for those who are in the same place he was just three years ago. Life Changing Fitness isn’t just about giving a client a tailor made, bespoke nutritional plan, specifically for him or her- Daniel Wheeler helps them understand the science behind fat loss. His goal is to arm every client with the knowledge to not only lose weight, but keep the weight off.
