The Software Satisfaction Awards are based on a comprehensive survey of business software users. In addition to scoring their technology provider, customers can give qualitative feedback. Last year, the survey received 10,289 responses and covered 86 software vendors, making it one of the most significant pieces of business opinion research ever conducted in the UK.
Datel customers, many of whom have a long-standing relationship with the company, praised the company’s excellent support services, knowledgeable staff and expert project delivery.

While comments can be recorded anonymously in the survey, BFM Europe Systems Manager Paul Bailey was one of many Datel customers happy to put their name to their feedback. Issues are dealt with quickly and when new solutions are available they are presented and explained fully.”
