Users import a lead or contact list in Excel, CVS or similar format into the CitaLink LiveCaller™. The system will then automatically call numbers on the list. If there is no answer, the system will leave a message prerecorded by the user. If the line is answered, the CitaLink LiveCaller™ instantly connects the user, enabling both ends to talk with out any skips or pauses in the connection. While the user talks to a prospect, the system will leave voicemails for the user, and will connect the user to live prospects when the original call is completed.
CitaLink LiveCaller™ also features a call display feature. This feature keeps track of calls and the results stemming from them. The user can then view and print these campaign results to get an idea of the effectiveness of the campaign.
