The Douglas pieces are not only beautiful, but they're incredibly practical as well.

The recently introduced Douglas Dining Collection features incredible craftsmanship (courtesy of Brandenberry Amish Furniture’s expert artisans) and a unique style. Traditional Mission style accents combine with design details (such as wood trim) to give the Douglas design a distinct appeal.

The newly available Douglas Dining Hutch is crafted from Quarter Sawn White Oak and finely-finished to bring forth the natural beauty of the regionally-grown wood. A strongly “angled” design and black Mission pull hardware give this hutch a distinctly Mission style. Wood trim and a curved apron add another unique layer of style. Plus, slatted doors show a touch of inspired craftsmanship.

If you’re looking for storage space, the Douglas Dining Hutch features five full-extension dovetailed drawers, five doors and adjustable glass shelving. In addition, open shelf space in the hutch makes a great space for displaying all sorts of dinnerware. Also, check out the new Douglas Sideboard. Four drawers, two doors and a large pull-out serving tray make this sideboard a practical furnishing for the dining room. Brandenberry sales representative Alice states, "The Douglas pieces are not only beautiful, but they're incredibly practical as well."

While the Douglas Sideboard possesses the same style as the hutch, the sideboard is crafted in Brown Maple with a different stain to bring forth the natural beauty of the maple wood. Also, different hardware significantly changes the overall design of the sideboard. Because of Brandenberry’s hands-on approach to construction, customers are free to fully customize furniture. So hardware, wood species, finishes and sizing can be changed to suit each person’s need.
