Collective 67 Productions launches its first web show, “Dreamers,” hosted by up-and-coming TV Personality and event creator Rodney Rikai. The monthly show highlights a cadre of talented young professionals on a quest to actualize their dreams.
During each episode Rodney sits down for an in-depth, one-on-one interview with these dream chasers as they open up about the pitfalls, successes, challenges and motivations they experience along the way. The series showcases young professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries, ranging from entertainment to healthcare, politics, legal, business and sports but one thing remains consistent—each person shares a common thread of resilience and determination.
In the first episode Rodney caught up with the triple threat Restaurateur, Attorney, and Recording Artist Arinze “Talonted” Onugha at Health Love & Soul Juice Bar & Grill, his Maplewood, New Jersey based restaurant. They discussed the balancing act between career and passion, and what made Arinze turn away from a six-figure job.

As the son of a group member of the legendary Shirelles, Rodney Rikai Thomas was never too far from the arts or center stage. The emerging on-screen talent has produced a successful cultural arts experience since 2009, through a company he founded called The heART Gallery, Things We Love, LLC. The event, entitled the heart Gallery, has traveled up and down the east coast to much acclaim. Through this platform, an abundance of opportunities were spawned, including being selected as a finalist to become the new host of BET’s 106 & Park.
