The brand new development includes 400 luxury apartment homes just ¼ mile outside I-285 near the Chamblee-Dunwoody Road exit in DeKalb County, close to the Perimeter district’s businesses, shopping and dining. The site has great access to both I-285 and GA 400, as well as Chamblee-Dunwoody and Shallowford Roads.

The one and two bedroom floorplans include a variety of options including flats, lofts, dens, dining areas and balconies. Amenities include a landscaped pool courtyard, state-of-the-art fitness center with Cardiovision and flat screen TVs, a business center and conference room.
