"In this time of credit crunch, the City's Economic Development Division plays an important role as a source of low-interest funding. The website is our primary communication tool offering detailed program guidelines and downloadable applications," said Schatz.
The new web presence marks the first step towards interactive marketing. "From now on our clients will see new features such as electronic newsletter, online polls, online applications, and client surveys," explained Dagmar Beckel-Machyckova, Business Assistance Specialist.
